Renovation and extension of a 1970s bungalow in the heart of the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This waterfront property occupies a particularly sensitive location and required a sensitive design approach to secure Planning Permission. The design maximised the properties wide water frontage and included large areas of glazing. HDS undertook the role of full contract administration for this project.
